Terms Of Service

⛤My commissions are for personal use only. They can be used as profile pictures/banners etc. But do not use them as commercial use or profit.
⛤I own all right to my artwork. Do not place my art where it should not be; AI image generators. I will post the commission artwork unless instructed otherwise.
⛤The prices are starting off of a base price, please be aware they can rise as they go, depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.
⛤I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.
⛤Please be patient about your commission, deadlines will meet additional fees. Give me few weeks or max a month to finish your commission depending on what it is and if something important came up. I will eventually get back to you and keep you updated, I value the quality and time put into commissions and the money spent of my customers.
⛤Posting your bought commission pieces is okay, just give me a proper credit (Link.tree is in my bio nearly everywhere).
⛤Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in being declined. You can send me as much references as you wish along with a description if you are commissioning a ref sheet, but if you're commissioning an art piece, please try to have a character ref sheet ready.
⛤Payments are through paypal with USD. I will be sending my link to paypal.me or an invoice, depending of what will work. The time of payment is usually half-way through the commission OR the payment is due after sketch, so 50% upfront, and then by the finish the full payment should be sent.
⛤In an event of me not being able to finish, I will give back a refund, leaving myself around of 20% of the payment if you did already pay the first 50% or the full price.
⛤Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.
⛤Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.
⛤Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.
⛤Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.
